I work with individuals and couples of all genders, orientation, and identities. I have a sex positive viewpoint meaning I don’t judge any sexual interest or lifestyle. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients create their own journey to a healthy, sexual relationship with self and others. Therapy is a personal journey for self-growth and self-improvement. I don’t put a time frame on one's own journey to self-growth though suggest regular sessions for the greatest benefit to change.
I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy. At times, our sexual health is intertwined with other areas of our health including anxiety, depression, or medical conditions. I am happy to assist with other mental health concerns in conjunction with your sexual health. If additional medical services are needed in order for you to meet your goals, I am also happy to connect with other professionals on your behalf.
